COST OF SERVICES
The usual counseling session is 50 minutes long. Payment for services are expected at the time services are provided. Personal checks, cash, all major debit/credit cards and Flex/HSA cards are accepted.
The fees for services are as follows:
Individual session: $120
Telehealth session (some insurances cover this service, please check your benefits): $120
Emergency/Crisis session: $240 for the first 60 minutes, $120 for every additional 30 minutes
Reduced fees may be available for those who choose not to use their insurance on a limited basis.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If at least 24 hours notice was not provided, you will be charged the full fee for your session, unless I am able to fill it with another client. If this occurs multiple times- a credit card will be required to reserve an appointment.

SUBPOENAS OR REQUESTS TO ATTEND COURT
If the therapist is subpoenaed or requested to be in court regarding an issue with a client or a deposition there will be a charge for those services for time spent preparing, traveling expenses, and time in court. Please see your counseling agreement form for details in regards legal matters.
We require a retainer before any legal action required for documents, depositions or court appearances. Please discuss this with your therapist in advance.
